Everyone from the Zeytounian rugs team went above and beyond for me. I recently had a flood in my old apartment and the thing that was the most damaged is this Persian rug I have that’s probabaly around 70 years old and belonged to my grandfather.. it was absolutely wrecked in contaminated water and was left to soak like that for over 48 hours because of the negligence of my apartment complex management. A quick google search and I found Zeytounian Rugs and hope was quickly restored! They were SO helpful and knowledgeable. Picked up the rug and cleaned it in what I can tell was very detail oriented. Even the fringe that had become a gross brown color looks even better than it did before. This was an irreplaceable family heirloom that they restored and cleaned for me which makes this even more special and emotional for me. Could not recommend them enough!! Please look at the before and after photos because I was shocked that this was even possible. It went from looking like a sad brown destroyed rug back to its original vibrant red color. Thank you so much for your hard work! This means the world to me that this has been restored
These guys are the real deal. They know everything about rugs, and are excited to share their knowledge. You can ask them anything. They have been in the business of caring for hand knotted rugs their entire lives, having grown up in the business with their father, who in turn grew up in the business with his own father. My four rugs (unwashed for 25 and 60+ years) turned out beautiful, And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
