I will say the positives first: Dr Elise Brown is very nice, professional, and explained clearly why something was what it was and how it all worked. I appreciate her clear explanations. I also appreciate that the parking here is FREE.
Now to some issues. First off, I couldn’t get an appointment here for 5-6 months even with a referral. Finally when I came to my appointment, I waited for an entire HOUR before they called me back to take my weight and blood pressure, and then the doctor didn’t come to the room to see me for another 20 minutes. I saw another patient in the lobby come in and say she was 30 minutes late to her appointment but they took her back immediately….after this they continued to take back person after person that came in AFTER me. I was sitting directly in view of the front desk staff so they saw this was happening and didn’t even offer an explanation or time limit on when I might be seen.
Overall, I had a good experience with Dr Elise Brown and I think she is a very good doctor, but the wait was too long to get an appointment and to be seen an hour and a half after my appointment. I would recommend going somewhere else unless you really want to see a specific doctor, which is also understandable.
Dr. Perry Wittgrove is the best OB- Gyn! She is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and kind. before I got there, I was really worried and anxious about my pregnancy and had so many questions running through my head. When I got there to see the doctor in my first visit, she made me so comfortable. She was always ready to answer my questions and concerns and cares so much about her patients. I absolutely love her and can’t express enough how lucky I am to have found her.
Dr. Wittgrove is amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, caring and to the point. She offered options for my diagnosis and was there for me every step through pre-op, surgery and recovery. The ladies at the front desk are always nice and her assistant nurse Jasmine is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.
I would not recommend this OBGYN to anyone . Dr wittgrove who is the female doc in this office was completely unprofessional. She continued to try and force me to take the Covid vaccine and basically said I was irresponsible for not taking the vaccine while pregnant even when I explained it was for religious reasons. Even told me I wasn’t making the right choices for my unborn child . The staff was friendly but I had such a bad experience with this female doctor on my first visit that I literally transferred to a different doctor to care for my pregnancy. She made me feel completely uncomfortable and made me feel like my opinions were invalid regarding my pregnancy, allergy’s , and my choice on vaccinations. I did read reviews Before going and they were terrible regarding this same doctor and I decided to give it a shot anyways . NEVER AGAIN .
I walked away from this doctor office when the
M.D. did not want to listen to my medical history. When I finally made her listen her response was “well I wish I would have known that”
The visit made me feel like she was just trying to rush me out the door.
This doctor was trying to get me on birth control without asking me of any side effects I’ve had with all of my previous methods. I let her know I’ve been on 6 different methods over the years but she would not listen to my past medical history which is very important to help a patient correctly.
I NEVER WENT BACK.
