Great sandwich shop with multiple locations. We ate in the one on El Camino Real. It was clean and well lit. There were plenty of good choices on the menu. We had a bahn mi sandwich and a chicken club. They were both excellent and came with salads. We will definitely be back.
Ordered the Moroccan chicken and the 4 sides plate with roasted Brussels, beet salad, mushroom and brocollini.
Chicken was good but it was thigh meat.
Brocolli was served instead of brocollini, and the Brussels were mushy not crispy. Staff said they don’t have a broiler, they saute them or do them in the oven. They did bring out a new crispier brussel sprout portion which was nice. Apparently they serve broccoli even though the menu says brocollini
The braised beef and mushrooms is a 10/10 wow 🫶🏻
Also the service is amazing 🥰 had a great experience eating here thanks to Sahar. She was very patient explaining me the menu. Today was my first time here and for sure I’ll be back soon
So many delicious and fresh choices, including the ones on the 12 under $12 menu with excellent service and amazing quality in a beautiful environment.
I recently dined at Urban Plates and had an outstanding experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal.
I would like to especially commend one of the staff members, Leslie, for providing exceptional service. Leslie was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out and made our visit memorable.
I highly recommend Urban Plate and will definitely be returning soon!
