Highly recommend Howard and his team!! They were so quick and easy to coordinate with! We called this morning due to a rock being thrown through our window and Howard came and took measurements and his team did total install all with a total of 3 hours of time! This happened on a Sunday and we desperately needed our business window fixed and I could not be happier with him and his teams work!! Thank you so much, Howard! I was hosting a family gathering when a rogue soccer ball took out our living room window. The timing couldn’t have been worse. I called University Glass in a panic, and their customer service was exceptionally calm and reassuring. They scheduled a visit the very next day, Howard arrived on time and with a friendly smile.

Howard not only replaced the window quickly but also gave us some great tips on maintenance. To top it off, the new window is crystal clear and fits perfectly—it’s like the soccer ball incident never happened!

Price changed three times. I sent photos, and we agreed on a price. He wanted cash for a discount. He provided no invoice. Then the manager came over and inspected the window, saw what was involved, agreed it would take more than one person. He said it would be more money, and we agreed. Finally, he sent only one worker, then that worker said it would be another person, which we knew, but the worker spoke Spanish, as did I, and said his boss said one person was needed. The manager came out again. He said he needed more money *again* — roughly double. Remember, he had *already* come out once and given a firm quotem. Now he said the window would have to be removed, but the worker spoke to me in Spanish and said that was not correct. I confronted the manager with what his worker just said to me. I don’t look Hispanic, so the manager was surprised I knew what the worker was saying. The manager backtracked immediately, and now said the window would not require removal. He then started citing his insurance costs. I told him this was not new information, and that he mentioned those costs already over the phone. He also came over a time before and saw what was required. We talked extensively about the need for more than one person. The price had more than doubled, so this was pure greed and trying to milk more money, in my opinion. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. If you are desperate, don’t back down from requiring an invoice before scheduling an appointment. The manager will change the price otherwise.
