Julian the Electrician contacted me first to give me his ETA and arrived on time. Right away I can tell he had a great personality. He smiled and great interaction. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and receptive. He finished the jobs that I asked. He updated three of my outlets to gcfi and changed my other outlets that were original 1980s. I was so happy with the service. He texted promptly as well. i plan to hire him again to replace my bathroom fan once I find one that suits the size of the housing to replace old bathroom fan.

We needed a dryer vent installed and they were able to send someone out same day to take a look. We had Johnny as our technician and he was awesome!! Even with our very unique and difficult venting situation, he was able to come up with the perfect solution to make sure we didn’t have any fire hazards. He was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We will use United in the future and hope to see Johnny again!
