After having a few bad experiences with some of the bigger nation wide moving companies, I decided to stay local and try some good ole San Diego movers. I made the right choice. After speaking with a rep from Two men Will Move You, I agreed to have an estimate done. The estimate was free, so why not? The person who came out won me over their knowledge of the process and the numbers felt right. I was made to feel comfortable with the company and so I booked it.
In short the crew showed up on time and in uniform, this was impressive to me.
They cared for all my belongings and had the job done just under estimate. I was impressed and relieved by the whole process which in the past has been very stressful. Would definitely use these guys again.
I called Two Men Will Move You based on a recommendation from a friend. Had I looked at Yelp beforehand, I might not have hired them, but a friend referred me so I gave them a shot. I’m glad I did.
Tony and Joseph came out and worked hard, with barely a pause to catch their breath. They took great care with all my stuff, wrapping and packing TV’s and glass furniture carefully to avoid damage. Unloading was quick and easy despite having cleaners and construction guys out to do work on the same day. They even asked if I needed help moving anything else around in the house before they left.
One other thing to note is that they were able to store my belongings on the truck for 5 days while the previous owners of the house I was moving into packed up and left. I called the night before the movers came, and even though it was last minute they were able to accommodate.
Moving is a terrible hassle, but they went out of their way to make it easier. Thanks for the hard work!
I have used them twice. The first time was so amazing I’ll never move without movers again! The second time unfortunately there was some damage to some items however I still give 4 stars because we were able to work together to come up with a fair resolution to the issues without hassle which is important. A lot companies would tell you to just go cry about it, but at least Two Men Will Move You were honorable about rectifying the situation.

Moving company got everything to the new location but multiple items were damaged during the move including one which was broken by one of their employees playing with it. We have made multiple attempts to have this issue resolved but the company appears to have decided to try and avoid providing any kind of resolution. They h ave made repeated promises about having someone come out to pickup up a chair that had a leg broken off of it but their employee never arrives and they have made zero attempt to try and resolve any of the other items that were broken by their workers. The manager and owner of the company do not return calls and the person that picks up the phone can not do much except send the claim form which has already been filled out and sent back to them.
