Prompt, world-class service at a great rate! The owner Eloy is friendly, professional, and definitely knows what he’s doing. I spoke with a few different companies to transplant a canary island date palm before choosing to go with Tree Loyalty.
I’m very happy with my decision. Eloy was with his team the entire time and made sure everything went as planned. His team was friendly and very hardworking. He’s an arborist so has lots of knowledge regarding all things trees. He even let me sneak some advice him from him regarding my other trees while doing this job. Tree Loyalty will be my go-to for all tree related needs.
I called Eloy to ask him about a small shrub/bush removal job in our front yard, in preparation for a new fence to be built on our property line. He was very quick to email me back and let him know a time that worked best for him and even offered an earlier appointment when available. Super quick and to the point. He made sure not to cut anything else other than I described in the photos I gave him, and his team was done in about 20-30 minutes. If you need quick landscaping work done for a fair price, I recommend him 100%. I’ve posted a before and after for the results. Thanks again, Eloy!
Eloy’s Tree Loyalty was amazing to work with. They laced three trees laced – two eucalyptus and one stone pine – at the school I work at in San Diego. Eloy was incredbly quick to respond, answered all my questions and provided the necessary forms, and completed the service quickly. He cleaned up the entire area and kept me informed of what to expect for each step. His team was polite and they finished the project within the day. We are thankful for this service and the trees will now be able to withstand wind and heavy rain much better.
Tree Loyalty deserves top reviews on all levels from our experience. Today we had the pleasure of working with Eloy and his excellent team, Raul and Jose. They masterfully determined the best way to trim our tree while avoiding any harm to its growth. We are truly grateful for their expertise.
In addition to their beautiful work, they are all extremely professional and fun. They were reasonably priced and were able to schedule their work in a timely manner. Overall, they are a top of the line tree service company.
Eloy and his team were amazing!!! He came out for a consultation and was professional and honest. He was able to get me in that week! They showed up on time and did an amazing job on my date palm. I am very picky who I go with as this tree is a statement tree for our house. We have lived here for 16 years and this beautiful palm holds so many memories for my family. He used a new blade and chain. They were efficient and cleaned up the work space. I couldn’t be happier!
