I have been doing business with Thrasher since it was a one man show. I have always been satisfied with their service. Christian has been my technician for about a year now and I am impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. I can be a bit particular but he always shows up prepared and does things exactly right without being reminded. On top of that he is just a kind and friendly man. 10/10
I have used Thrasher for pest control for several years and have been very happy with their services. I specifically had an issue with spiders and rats and they have helped keep these pests under control. Ricardo was my technician today and he was prompt, courteous and thorough. He let me know via text ahead of time when he was arriving, let me know he was at the house, and, after the service call, gave me a detailed explanation of what he did. Good service.

Our technician, Miguel Hernandez, is wonderful! He gives a courtesy text to let us know he will be arriving. On the most recent service, we texted back to ask if he would arrive at a later time, to which he graciously accommodated our request. That was really appreciated and duly noted! He does a thorough job with cleaning under the eaves and in between outdoor fixtures. He inquires if we have any specific concerns prior to spraying, and if so, he addresses them promptly. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. After every service, he kindly lets us know he has completed his work. We are extremely grateful for Miguel’s consistent exemplary service through the years and commend him for it! Kudos!
Miguel was so nice. He even greeted my 2 dogs with pets. He listened to me and planned on the needs that I had. I just love this company and each and everyone that I have met over the years. 100% recommend them and their team.
