What can I say….I am a local and was reluctant to try this place thinking it was just “tourist hype”. The food is delicious, great service, good vibe, relatively well priced and no comparison to most taco shops. Ohh and freshly made tortillas 😋😋!
Worth waiting in line. We loved the camarón taco and the “mar y Tierra” – surf & turf burrito. The home salsas are impressive not watered down like some local shops. We also had the guacamole and chips and finished up with a warm order of churros to go 😋
This Mexican fast-food spot is absolutely amazing. The space is quite small, but it’s incredibly popular—even when I visited at 8:30 PM, it was still bustling. You can watch the busy chefs in the kitchen preparing every dish.
I ordered a “California” burrito for just $11, packed with a generous amount of grilled beef, fries, cheese, and a mix of meat juices and sauce. The value for money is fantastic. I didn’t try the tacos, as the burrito was so filling that it felt like a better deal compared to the $4 tacos.
I’m not sure how authentic this is as Mexican cuisine. Compared to Tacos El Gordo, it doesn’t include cilantro and onions, and the sauces are different. But for me, it’s a delicious and quick option, and that’s all that matters!
My husband found this restaurant, it was amazing. The food was made fresh it was super busy but they got people in and out in a timely manner. It was clean and they also had a salsa bar. Just FYI there is not a lot of seating.
Seems like to be a friendly neighborhood restaurant that always has a lineup. Super nice tacos and drinks, however, indoor seating is limited especially during peak hours. You can tell the food is really authentic and lots of locals pass by. They offer a variety of flavours to choose from, a must try if you’re visiting.
Although we waited for almost 30 minutes to order and another 15 to get the food, it worth every minute! The taco and burrito were delicious. I wish I could eat more.
