The Inspectors Company was scheduled by my realtor to conduct the inspection of my first home purchase. I was very pleased with Eric’s timely work, professionalism, and knowledge. He was very thorough in his review/summary of the inspection and walked me through every part of the home to point out his feedback and what we’d expect to receive in the report. He even pointed out areas that weren’t of major concern to include in the report but wanted me to be aware of. Also, Eric prepared and sent the inspection report almost immediately.
