I had an excellent experience using The Rock Movers for my move! Maria was very efficient, communicative and accommodating with my needs and requests and provided a very reasonable rate. On the day of the move I was running behind and had issues with my car battery. The movers were very understanding and patient. They were also very quick, efficient and kind during the whole process. I’ve moved every 3-5 years so I have a lot of experience moving and have encountered every possible issue you can run into when moving in and out of state. Absolutely everything went so smoothly with this company. We had two days scheduled – one to pack and one to move. A crew of three guys – Alex, Miram, and Rachman (please excuse any spelling mistakes) – packed us up and moved us in under 10 hours between the two days. They were incredibly kind and professional. What we were most impressed by was their packing technique. We have A LOT of glassware and ceramics – not a single thing was broken or scratched during the moving process. They wrapped everything so well from furniture to the smallest of objects to ensure its safe arrival. We really appreciate their help and couldn’t have asked for a better move.
One note to managers/schedulers – we specifically requested an arrival no earlier than 10 AM due to building policies, but the crew arrived at 8 AM on the first day as they had been instructed by their scheduler. This did result in an issue at our apartment complex, but we spoke with the crew to ensure they arrived at the correct time on the second day. Overall, thanks for a fantastic moving experience!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with The Rock Movers! From start to finish, they were punctual, polite, and professional. Their efficiency was impressive, but what really stood out was the meticulous care they took with my belongings. Everything was carefully wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap. They also included free use of wardrobe boxes. I highly recommend The Rock Movers for anyone seeking a stress-free and reliable moving experience.
We had an excellent experience using The Rock Movers. Stan and his team were punctual, professional, and worked with care to move us from a 2nd floor apartment into a house. The furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and shrink wrapped to ensure no damages happened during the move. The moving blankets and shrink wrap were included in the move which was differentiating from some other moving companies which may charge for those. We were able to complete the move within the estimate provided and the team was transparent with their communication the entire process.
As long as I am in San Diego, this is the only moving company I will use!!
