I’ve had countless massages over the years, but none have come close to the experience I’ve had with Mateo. He is truly amazing and has now become my go-to therapist, something I’ve never had before. Mateo’s energy is incredible, and his technique is outstanding. He strikes the perfect balance, providing enough pressure to make it feel like a deeply therapeutic massage without ever going overboard. I genuinely look forward to my sessions with him and can confidently say I’ll keep coming back because of the exceptional care he provides.

I love this place!! It’s a charming little spot … very warm & inviting! The people are kind, caring & friendly. And Lynora is sent straight from heaven!! She is very knowledgeable about the body & gives one of the best relaxation massages I’ve ever had!! (I understand that she’s very good with the deep tissue as well.) She’s also so much fun to talk to & spend 60-90 minutes with. Several members of my family have started going here & all have been very happy with their experiences.
Renee is amazing and has helped release my chronic tension from a car accident years ago. I’ve been going to her for over a year and during that time her service has been consistent and she’s worked with me every session to progress my healing process. I’ve never had more relief than with her from a muscle relief therapy massage. Her energy is great and makes you feel super comfortable. Highly recommend!
I love The Knotstop! I have been a member for a number of years now. Before this new location. The Therapists are amazing. I regularly get massages and facials, and I very highly recommend both. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the space feels homey. The overall vibe is relaxing and peaceful. 100% recommended.
