Went to have my crown looked at as it felt chipped along one edge and was irritating my tongue. I thought that it had a 5 years guarantee but apparently it’s only one year and I ended up paying for an office visit which I wasn’t expecting (I pay out of pocket).
The office manager offered me one of their membership packages because of the misunderstanding which includes 2 cleanings a year amongst other great benefits, which is more than I paid for the office visit – they do take care of their patients and the staff and Dr Garofolo are all amazing.
I love that they can do your crown at the same office visit with their high-tech 3-D equipment and I love the concierge treatment including their comfortable, spacious. appealing reception area that has water, coffee and tea available while you wait (you’ll have to go in early as they are always right on time getting you in!)
Love Dentistry Collective. My daughter and I have been going and seeing Dr. kapur. All of the staff is super friendly and they run a very organized business. They call and send text to ensure no appointments are missed. Most importantly I’m super happy with my smile after aligner treatment. Highly recommend!
The office staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Safoma, my hygienist, was very patient, kind and thorough. Dr. Garofolo is always professional and thorough. Today was a pleasant experience.
100% recommend Dr. Garofalo and the dental collective. An exceptional experience start to finish. Other dental offices feel like they don’t have enough time for you or they treat you like you’re at a car dealership. You will be treated like you matter and takes the fear out of going to the dentist.
