The Cleaning Authority – San Diego

This was my first time using The Cleaning Authority and I was very pleased with the job that Brianna, Julia, and Petra did. They arrived within the window that the app had reported, which was helpful for me. I really appreciated how clean every room felt and could tell which rooms had more attention to detail as indicated on the “Initial clean A”. We also have several shutters on the windows and I was very impressed with how well those were dusted/wiped clean. I also appreciated that my house felt and looked clean, but still smelled like my home, not any strong or overly fragrant cleaning products. Great job!

I’ve been using The Cleaning Authority San Diego for a year and love their service. Professional, local, always excellent communication, rescheduling is easy, and they bring their own supplies or use yours if you prefer. Brenda, Abi, and Jazmin did a spectacular job on my last clean. My gas stove, easily the messiest thing in the house, is always left spotless! The owner recently communicated that they unfortunately need to raise their rates to keep up with increasing costs of business. Totally understandable. I was expecting 10% or more. Nope, the increase was just $2 per cleaning!

I have used their services twice, and it is the BEST thing to come home to an apartment that has been cleaned by these ladies! This most recent time it was Petra, Julia, and Abigail and the place was spotless. I was really impressed! As a very busy doctor in residency, I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the time & energy they save me when they come to clean. Also, booking a cleaning is incredibly easy, they’re friendly & kind, and they have a lot of availability. Thank you all so much!
