A fabulous dinner.
This is a fantastic spot for dinner. The steak was exceptional. The sear was superb and the cook spot on. This is what they do best.
Also had the hamachi, which was also very tasty with a great balance of citrus and spice.
The asparagus was just ok. A bit undercooked.
Service was exceptional!

I was thrilled when I learned that The Butcher’s Cut has happy hour. I got an 8 oz NY steak, Brussel sprouts and a Wedge salad all for $42.57
The steak was cooked to my liking and the horseradish was fresh and spicy. The brussel sprouts were delicious. The wedge salad was great!
The staff was kind and full of smiles. The restaurant looks awesome! I loved all the hemp ropes and the lighting was unique, I will remember this place. I will definitely return when I am back in town.
Love this restaurant! We had the pleasure of having Nikkie for our waitress the second time in a row. She is such an amazing person. Love her personality and just her knack of just making you feel welcome and special. The food is always top tier and her service is impeccable. Such a great vibe in this restaurant as well. Always a great experience at this restaurant!

Great service and even more delicious food!! Happy hour menu is generous and plentiful, great hours too! The raw oysters, ceviche, lamb chop lollipops, sirloin and filet minion were great choices. They dry age their meats in house and the ambience and decor is nice!
The staff Francesco and Manuela were extremely gracious helping celebrate my husband’s birthday! Will definitely be back again! Great location in gaslamp too!!!
