Working with Suncoast Remodelers was easily one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth, professional, and even enjoyable. Their team—Luis, Pete, Steve, and Mark—were all incredible to work with, each bringing their own expertise and care to the project.

Luis – Sales

Luis was our first point of contact, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was friendly, patient, and really took the time to understand what we wanted for our project. He explained everything in detail (we went with the Cool-Wall product by Tex-Cote), from the costs, repairs, to the timeline, and gave us options without ever making us feel pressured. By the time we signed the contract, we felt confident we were in great hands.

Pete, the Foreman

Once the project started, Pete, the Foreman, became the go-to guy. He was always on top of things, keeping the crew organized and making sure everything stayed on track. If we had any questions or concerns, Pete handled them right away, and he always explained things in a way that made sense. It was clear he really cared about the quality of the work, which made us feel at ease throughout the entire process.

Steve, onsite Supervisor and his crew

Steve, the onsite Supervisor, was like an extra layer of support. He and his father (older gentleman, I forgot his name) regularly made sure everything was done to the highest standard. Steve was great about keeping us updated and letting us know what was coming next, which made the whole experience feel really well-organized.

Mark, the Program Manager

Mark, the Program Manager, was the one making sure all the moving pieces fit together. handled everything behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about it. He checked in with us to make sure we were happy with how things were going, which really showed how much they care about their customers. He also addressed all of the last-minute details in the final walk-through.

The Finished Project

When the work was done, we couldn’t believe how amazing everything looked. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and the transformation exceeded all our expectations. We’ve had so many compliments from friends and family, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

The two man crew who painted my house were definitely professionals. They performed stucco repairs masked the trim, painted masked again and painted the whole house in four days. My house is not small with a big covered patio and a covered drive-through driveway that all required painting. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation. It was just an excellent job.
