DO NOT go to the young female ‘doctor’ here. Total waste of time. Did not address any of my concerns, barely looked at my feet and seemed uninterested in hearing about why I was there in the first place. Then, after this totally unproductive, time wasting appointment, they proceeded to send me a bill every single month (still getting them 4 months later) after telling me that my insurance paid for the appointment (+ $60 copay).
I saw Dr. Ravine when I broke my big toe from a scary boat accident. She saw me quickly, provided x-ray results quickly and explained the diagnosis clearly and also provided very clear instructions for recovery. I had a pickleball tournament scheduled and was concerned I would not be healthy enough to play in, but I 100% believe I was able to recover in time to play due to Dr. Ravine’s recovery plan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Avoid This Office – Unprofessional and Unproductive Experience
I strongly urge anyone considering this office to look elsewhere. My experience with the young female “doctor” was a complete waste of time and money. From the start, she appeared disinterested in addressing my concerns and barely examined my feet, which was the entire reason for the visit. It was clear she was not invested in understanding or resolving my issues.
To make matters worse, despite assurances that my insurance would cover the visit (aside from a $60 copay), I have been receiving monthly bills for four months now. This office has failed to clarify or rectify the situation, leaving me frustrated and stuck dealing with their repeated correspondence.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid this practice altogether. There are far better and more professional podiatry offices where your time, concerns, and financial commitments will be respected.
Extremely friendly, professional and very kind. I’m starting treating my Achilles heel tendinitis and they put together a great plan. I highly recommend them
This is for the front office staff. I have been calling and emailing for at least 8 weeks trying to schedule an appointment. I leave messages and yes, they call me back, but I’ve missed the calls due to being in a meeting for work or not near my phone. And they never try again despite me providng this feedback.
When I return the call, it goes straight to voicemail. I really liked the doctor, which is why I keep calling, but at this point my chronic foot pain is not being addressed and I think it is time I find a new doctor.
