I love going to Source. The whole crew is very friendly, empathetic and very professional with a lot of experience. Kristina is amazing and my all time favorite😉 I hurt myself in volleyball and dealing with sciatic nerve pain for couple weeks now. She is going above and beyond to heal my back and reduce my pain. It is for sure working. She has a lot of experience and knows exactly what to do to calm down the irritation. I am very grateful for her and for the entire team.
The first time I tried acupuncture for a back problem, I did not experience any real comfort that helped to relieve my pain and discomfort. That was 17 years ago. Today, it was a totally different and awesome experience!!!
Dr Sharron was very kind and caring to ensure that my acupuncture session was positive as possible. She took the time to listen to my condition and to show that she understood what I was going through. Throughout the procedure, she was constantly checking to make sure that I was comfortable and to gain feedback while she was inserting the needles. A memory flashed back to my first experience, except this time I was relaxed and calm and feeling pretty good. My experience was very encouraging with my pain level going down by the time I walked out the door!
The Healing Lounge has a reclining chair that is so comfortable and supportive. The decor and audio music were very sublime and peaceful. If you look closely, you can see twinkling lights in the ceiling.
Genevieve was also very helpful at the reception desk, providing guidance and direction on what to do. Very delightful young lady!
Dr Sharron is a very competent healer, who is compassionate about helping others to be able to enjoy life with less pain and stress that this world constantly demands on us. Her kind face will give you comfort and confidence to allow her to treat you with needles!!!
By the way…the front of Source has changed radically from the profile picture. It needs to be updated because it looks amazing!!!
Simone and Emily have been so attentive during my care! I went in for treatment of allergies, adrenal fatigue, and digestion issues about a month ago and I have seen great results! I don’t take allergy meds anymore and I was given herbs to help with my program. They also will review labs which is a huge plus. I highly recommend!
I came in to see Dr. Emily for help with my PMS symptoms of bloating and fatigue. She took e detailed intake and prescribed me herbs after my treatment. After just a few treatments I am feeling such an improvement and look forward to my treatments with her every week!
After all the great reviews, I was looking forward to my acupuncture here. I went for a session in August and the treatment was wonderful! I felt heard and helped, so I instantly signed up for the monthly membership. I went back several times in August and September, but everything after that first session was subpar. I tried multiple providers and nothing else helped me, in fact I had nerve damage that took nearly 3 months to resolve (which I know is part of the risk and understandable, but I had never experienced that before with my previous providers).
Even with all this I would have left it at 3 stars, but what really pushed down my rating was the awful predatory style billing they have. Their monthly membership is two months. After two months I tried to cancel due to their subpar treatment I received. However I was told that the two month minimum needed to be two full calendar months, despite using the first month’s allotted amount in the first few weeks. I ended up paying for three months, and did not come in for any treatment in the last month.
To top it all off, when I signed up I was told they’d be able to provide me with a super bill so I could get reimbursed by my insurance for treatment rendered. In the end all they were able to provide me with was a regular receipt with the doctors’ notes, which was not accepted by my insurance, and they were unable to come to a compromise so that I could get reimbursed.
