Our carpets are older, worn down and full of dog and everyday life dirt and grime. Trevin was our technician and he was extremely professional and did an excellent job getting our carpets as clean, he put in a lot of effort and it showed. He listened to our needs and expertly answered all of our questions. When we questioned an area he was right there to take care of it without question, which was much appreciated and showed great customer service. Taro was the service person and did a great job. SSC scheduled me on short notice. We cleaned and sanitized a cement sealed office floor and did some area rugs. Our staff appreciates it. Pricing totally reasonable. Can’t get any better. Thanks all!
We had a great experience with having Taro out to our place. He expertly cleaned our very-overdue carpeted stairs, area rug, and dining table seating (bench and two chairs). He was efficient, clean and orderly. Things look brand new once again, and it’s very nice to have this refresh prior to the holidays.
