Smart, quick , reasonable cost repair of door lock in my 100 year old private house (door and lock not quite that old!). All repair replace options were clearly presented and explained before work began, and then work quickly completed by Ron, who is personable, very organized, and efficient. Not sure what other locksmiths are like, but this was surely a superior experience for me. Recommend most highly (and enjoyed his little ride-along dog Kiki).
Ron was great and attentive. He worked with me for a week straight when I lost my keys to my Mazda, and he would always keep me updated. Very trustworthy, reliable, and always is fair with his pricing!
