Kendrick did an amazing job on pressure washing the old clay roof and hardscapes on my 1988 rental house. He was excellent at communicating and providing a quote before the job and gave a very competitive price. He arrived on time and was very friendly and easy to deal with. He was very detail oriented on cleaning every tile and took photos of one area of concern where the wood under the eaves had rotted over the years, so I could have it repaired. The amount of crud that came off the roof and out of the gutters was impressive. The end result is a roof that looks sparkling new. He even provided before and after drone images (attached) at no extra charge! I highly recommend Kendrick and his company SoCal Cleaning Services and would use him again without hesitation.

Kendrick and his guys did great work at one of my listings. I was amazed at how much moss and debris they were able to take off and how polished the finished product looked. They were out there all day, did great work, were reasonably priced, and provided good communication each step of the way. Also, I asked Kendrick to accommodate another service provider who would be picking up some items that day from the garage and would potentially be in the way. Kendrick went out of his way to accommodate them and make sure nobody got wet in the process. I appreciate that. I will be recommending him in the future. If he doesn’t end up beautifying your dingy tile roof, you can be assured that we will be cleaning your neighbor’s roof soon and beautifying the neighborhood in the process.
We thank Kendrick and Hayden for their FANTASTIC work on our 3,300 sq. foot roof! Their prompt response and willingness to work on Mother’s Day Sunday to help us immediately before our solar installation began the next day earned our business! Our roof is composed of concrete tiles that were the subject of severe neglect over 17 years, never once receiving a pressure washing. Kendrick and Hayden made quick work of such a large job bringing two pressure washers and using the only two hose bibs we have external to our home. Kendrick and his partner with So Cal Cleaning Services did a fantastic pressure washing of our roof and house and washed our windows by hand. We had to get our roof cleaned to remove the moss in preparation for solar installation. Originally, I was planning to just have the roof cleaned but Kendrick offered a comprehensive cleaning of the roof and house exterior for an affordable price. He even helped me with removing an old DirecTV dish – an extra task that I really appreciated the help with. They provided drone before/after pictures of the roof – the roof looks new now! The work was done by the company owners, which I really appreciate, you can tell they are conscientious and really care about doing a good job. They were very good communicators and very accommodating.
