Singing Hills Dentistry

I had an incredible experience at Singing Hills! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with amazing customer service. The office was spotless, and I felt comfortable right away. Dr. was incredibly kind and attentive to my concerns. They took the time to thoroughly explain my options, showing a wealth of knowledge, and really made me feel at ease. I appreciated how careful they were with my teeth, making sure I got the best care possible. I’m already scheduled for a follow-up and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

I haven’t written a review of a dentist before, but I feel this is fair to balance out all of the five-star reviews that they bribe people to give after the initial visit. New to this office due to new insurance. I would recommend to anyone that has ever visited this office to double check how much they should have paid with the insurance company.

First off, this was an unprofessional dental office. The medical assistant was very young and took 40+ minutes to do simple x-rays and couldn’t stop dropping things on the floor. The doctor comes in and says they need to drill immediately, even though there is no pain. They give a treatment plan that is higher than I’ve ever seen, half of which is things that aren’t covered by insurance, but they refuse to help you without doubling the costs.

Secondly, I had to go back because they didn’t do the procedure right the first time. Then, they charged my insurance twice, overcharged my out-of-pocket costs based on my insurance-adjusted rate, and wasted my time in a battle to correct this with the insurance company, which they still haven’t fixed.

I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Drive a little farther out of PB and go to a honest dentist’s office.

I had a great experience with Dr Jamma and their front staff. Their practice manager Maya is such an adorable person. She dealt with me with so much professionalism. I would highly recommend to every person in San Diego to take their services.
