I initially found Shawn’s company on the Nextdoor and Thumbtack app. I had a bird issue where they were nesting and roosting on my roof and under my solar panels. I received a few quotes but Shawns quote was the most competive considering his knowledge and his great communication skills.

He explained to me the whole process in laymen’s terms and he came to my house the very next day for a rate quote.

You can tell from his equipment and shawns professional knowledge that he knew a thing or two about solar cleaning, bird proofing and abatement. he even offered group discounts to my neighbors and myself.

We set an appointment for today and he always updated me throughout the week prior on any required info and/or extra devices he recommended. in my case, he recommended a certain bird deterrent device so i made sure to have it ready for them.

They arrived promptly at the original scheduled time, shawn explained to me the exact parts he was using, how long the service will take and what the next steps will be afterwards then immediately him and his guys got to work on my roof.

Shawn installed a bird deterrent on my roof, he used specialized wire mesh netting around all of my panels to prevent any birds including those tiny morning doves from nesting underneath, cleaned up all the old bird waste, pressure washed my whole roof then provided a thorough cleaning of my solar panels. He even reassured me and said he will come back to check on my roof to make sure my issue was resolved.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied and grateful for Shawn’s great service and great value he provided us.

I will be calling him again soon to pressure wash my concrete and also make sure to set up a regular solar cleaning schedule with him.

Great experience and great results! I was given a one hour window for Shaun to arrive to clean a patio with concrete and he sent me a courtesy text that morning narrowing the time frame down to between 10-10:15AM. I appreciated the heads-up and consideration for my time.
Before he started, he gave me a clear indication of what results we should expect from this service due to many years of rust, mold, mismatched concrete and graffiti. He was knowledgeable and clear about the process, worked hard to clean everything thoroughly and he was very professional. I can tell he takes pride in his work.

The team did a fantastic job with our pressure washing, Solar cleaning and window cleaning. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and I’ve never seen anyone so detail oriented. Everything was spotless and exceeded my expectations. I’ll certainly use them again.
