We recently had our small walk-in shower remodeled by Shugarman’s Bath. The entire team was amazing and professional. I would like to extend special recognition to Norma, Adria, and Jorge. Norma assisted us in designing our shower and addressed all our concerns. Adria kept us informed and scheduled the project. Jorge was instrumental in completing the physical work, along with his helper. Due to the age of our house, he encountered additional challenges once the project reached the studs. The project was completed within two days. The only issue that arose was a manufacturing defect in the hose, which Jorge promptly brought to our attention. He notified Shugarman’s, and they dispatched someone to rectify the issue the very next week.
I couldn’t be more happy with the results of my tub to shower conversion – which I needed for ease of access. Shugarman’s techs were very thorough, respectful and mindful of my home, professional, and involved me in the installation process to make sure everything was done exactly to my specifications. If you want it done right, this is the company to choose for your tub to shower conversion! Chuy, Jay and Adrian were absolutely the best.
I thought I need to update the review that I left below:
On the next day that I left a review, which was also the next day of installation, a manager from Shugarman’s bath reached out to me to offer me to choose either of (1) installing ceiling panel for free or (2) partial refund for painting the ceiling; I chose the latter option as I did not like attach panel after bathtub and wall panels were already completed. In addition, I thought the shower hose was hanging and does not reach to the bottom of the tub so it’s hard for my young kids to use and asked whether it can be replaced, Shugarman readily accepted and replaced the whole shower head with long hose. I heard that what they did are all covered by the life time labor and material warranty and Shugarman will take care of worn out issue later on, which sounds pretty cool benefit.

Tony & Diego have finished installation quickly and very nicely and professionally.
At each step they move forward, they communicated to us to reflect our demand but it only took a day from remove old one, replacing pipes and installation of show, tub and boards and cleaning up as well.
My wife and I love the way it looks now except ceiling.
The color of my ceiling is not white different from the tub and other panels. I plan to remodel the rest of bathroom including painting, so the ceiling now looks ugly.
When I signed up for the contract 6 weeks back, I heard that the whole ‘wet area up to top’ will be taken care of by Shugarman’s bath and there is no extra charge beyond contract. I was not explained about the option to install ceiling panel and the ceiling in the sample photos have the same color with the tub, I have never doubt that it is not included in the work scope.
Few weeks ago, I noticed that there is no ceiling panel explicitly listed in the contract, I asked to Sales representative whether it is included and also requested a photo showing how it would like after installation.
I received a small low resolution(235×320 pixels) photo without clear answer, which looks to me ceiling is installed
This morning when crew start working, I was informed the ceiling panel is not included and I need to pay extra $500 if I want it. (I was explained that $500 is only material cost and no extra labor cost, which I DO NOT believe)
I tried to reach out to the sales representative but I couldn’t. I also asked to the office to have her to call me before installation is finished but have not got responded until the end of the day.
I had talked with several bathtub installers before I made the contract with Shugarman’s bath. Shugarman’s is way more expensive than others. The only reason that I chose Shugarman’s is because I heard that there is no extra charge and they will cover the whole wet-area. Very disappointed
We recently had a new walk-in shower installed by Shugarman’s Bath. From start to finish it was a pleasure doing business with this company. Communication was clear and timely. Every person with whom we interacted displayed skill and professionalism. The quality of the workmanship by Ivan and his colleagues during the demolition of our old bath and the installation of the new one was exemplary. All of it was done without a trace of dust or dirt in our house. I was totally impressed with all they accomplished in two days from start to finish. Our new shower looks fantastic and we are glad we chose Shugarman’s for this project.
I love my new walk in shower!! Shugarman’s Bath is an amazing company and I would definitely use them again! Erik was a knowledgeable, personable, professional sales representative. He helped my family and I to design an absolutely beautiful walk in shower. Our installation happened a lot quicker then expected which was amazing. Our installer Zach was amazing! He made our shower look like a piece of art work. His work was beautiful and he was a very fast, knowledgeable and efficient worker. The company has amazing communication with the customer as well. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!
