First off Dr. Varon is AMAZING! I had been dealing with fibroids for many years and I finally decided to get them removed. I was really afraid going into this process because I had experiences with other Ob/Gyns that were not kind or compassionate. However, Dr. Varon was completely supportive of my decision to preserve fertility (even though I am 39 and some docs would have immediately recommended hysterectomy). Also, she was fully confident that she could remove my fibroids successfully. She has the training, skill, and experience and I immediately trusted her. Often surgeons have a reputation for being arrogant divas so that is what I expected given how in demand she is; BUT she was humble, very warm and kind in every interaction. My surgery went well. Her team was fantastic and I was well taken care of. I felt safe the entire time I was in her care. She removed 20 fibroids and I had minimal postoperative pain. It has been one month since the surgery, and it is so cliche but I really do feel like I have my life back. Dr. Varon is not only a gifted surgeon with incomparable skill, she actually genuinely cares, is passionate about her work, and can be trusted.

I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Varon, who literally saved my life. In 2021, facing a 10cm fibroid with no solution in sight, she swiftly scheduled a surgery date within two months and performed a successful vaginal myomectomy. When the fibroids returned in 2023 (13cm), necessitating a laparoscopic procedure, Dr. Varon keen observation skills prevented complications, allowing for another successful vaginal myomectomy. Her expertise, genuine care for patients, and dedication make her the best doctor. I am profoundly thankful for her life-changing impact on my health.

Dr. Varon was an excellent surgeon. She provided exceptional services from start to finish. During our first meeting she made me feel extremely comfortable. She explained my condition in detail. Then she took time and patiently provided me with all of my options. I was able to go home and ponder over my options and make the best decision with all the information provided to me. Once I mad my decision, I had another visit with Dr. Varon and during my visit she took time to illustrate the procedure for me, which made me feel even more comfortable and at ease with my choice. Before my surgery Dr. Varon came to see me to speak with me and help ease my nerves about surgery. She wanted to make sure I did not have any additional questions, concerns, or if I needed more clarification on the procedure. Once the procedure was completed and I was in recovery, Dr. Varon stopped in to check on me to let me know the procedure went well. Dr. Varon did an amazing job and I am thankful to her for her excellent services and her exceptional bedside manners. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Varon as a surgeon!!
