I recently had the pleasure of working with Service Pros Electrical. From start to finish, Mike and his team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail.
We had new recessed lights installed throughout the house, new wiring and install for doorbell/chime, and thermostat. Exterior and interior outlets, lighting, new ceiling and exhaust fans.
They arrived on time, fully prepared, and wasted no time assessing and executing the work with precision. We had just recently closed on our house back in January, and Mike was communicating with me through the Christmas holidays to coordinate this effort. Which is something you don’t find very often.
What truly set them apart was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and ensured that everything was completed to the highest standard. Their workmanship was impeccable, and they left the workspace spotless after finishing the job.

I contacted Mike at Service Pro electrical and ask for a quote on replacing my outdated and unsafe electrical panel. He was able to quote me a price after I sent him a couple of pictures of my panel & reviewing them. I had 5 total quotes and Mike came in right in the middle but he was top notch with guiding me through the process and coordinating permit pull, scheduling SDG&E for power shutoff and turn on after the panel replacement! Mike and his team were able to complete the job and have power restored to my house in only 5 hours! Amazing once you know how much work goes into the panel upgrade. Of course I plan on using Service Pro Electrical on my entire home electrical needs moving forward as Mike and his teams are true professionals and craftsmen.
We have used them a few times now and the experience has been good. They installed a new electrical box upgrade for our house and ran wire/conduit for a few outlets (indoor and outdoor). They have been friendly, explain everything, and answer my silly technical questions. They are quick to work to resolve any issues that may arise.
Their prices are much better than other electricians that we have used or gotten quotes from. To give you an idea, the electrical box install was quoted $1k less than some others in the area. Quality work at a good price is hard to come by. We highly recommend them if you need an electrician!
Mike and his team were fantastic to work with on a variety of electrical issues we encountered recently. We had him help with an electrical panel upgrade, and his seamless communication and timely updates were always appreciated, especially considering the liaising that was necessary with the City of San Diego for all the moving parts. We also relied on Mike’s team to fix living room lights, under counter lights in our kitchen, hanging a vintage swag lamp, and troubleshooting outdoor sconces and a glitchy ceiling fan/light. The guys were extremely professional and polite, provided easy to understand explanations for the work, came right on time, and finished ahead of schedule. His pricing is very reasonable and the quality of the work is outstanding. We loved working with Mike and his team, and you will, too!
