We had a solar panel system installed this year 2nd of January 2025. The process started early in the morning and was completed the same day. I received an email from SDG&E on 9th January that I’m Authorization to Operate in Parallel with SDG&E’s Electric Distribution System. Just waiting for SGD&E to hook up my meter.
Genevieve did a great wonderfull job explained the products and the process to me. Very knowledgeable and could explain the technicals to me in a way I could understand. I asked so many questions that it us 2 1/2 hours and she answer every single question.
Also shout out to Junior lead installers, they were punctual, clean, profession, courteous and answered all my questions in the way i can understand.
Highly recommend Semper Solaris!
The project was moving along smoothly and fast on a 2,200 sqft home and got done in four days. That includes removing three layers of old roof, and was with some complications and reconstructed certain area of the roof. Everything was smooth. Any additional repairs that arise were immediately discussed and priced. Staffs are respectful to the house, and kept everything clean at the end of each day.

Had some issues with her system (parts not installed by Semper Solaris) and wanted to make sure that our batteries (installed by Semper Solaris) were functioning optimally. Had a 15 minute appointment with Linda and she had already fully reviewed my concerns (as reported to customer service), as well as our batteries by the time we had our call. She explained her findings (nothing much to worry about) and made some great suggestions to improve their value to us. All in all, fast, efficient, and so appreciated! Thanks Linda! Highly recommend the service we have gotten from Semper Solaris.👍👍
REVIEW EDIT: I’m downgrading my review because as soon as you are a fully paid and installed customer, they want nothing to do with you. When you call in, you get person who will only take a message and then you have to wait for them to call you back. The operator I just spoke to said it would be 10-14 business days before I’d hear back.
For the record, I have a module that went out. Almost two months ago I reported this and finally heard back, 2 weeks later, that it was under warranty and they’d fix/replace it (the only good news about this situation). However, It’s been about a month since this was confirmed and I still haven’t heard any updates about the repair. The technician I spoke to (David Fontaine) is not getting back to me. Their tech. support line says 10-14 days before I’d receive a response. This is absolutely ridiculous! If I were a new customer, they’d be right out and ready and willing to take my money.
If continued support after an install is important to you, I DO NOT recommend Semper Solaris!

I had an excellent experience with Semper Solaris. They were highly recommended to me and I’m happy to have chosen them for my project. My main point of contact, Rhami, was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. The install crews had great foreman’s and crews as well. They were professional, neat, and very experienced.
