They were alright – I think a few more critical things could have been uncovered during the inspection with better eyes and a more thorough inspection as these were visible. We hired them twice; first time they came with two crew members, second time which is the house I ended up purchasing they had one inspector. I won’t be using them again for my investment property inspections – I found a more thorough team.
