Mike was easy to work with for scheduling a time to come out, price was very reasonable in comparison to other key companies. It was done quickly and efficiently under 5 minutes to reprogram my fob and make me an extra one!!! Thank You Mike!!!

FUTURE CUSTOMERS, BEWARE! We strongly recommend that you do NOT use this company. We are incredibly disappointed with SD Locksmith for multiple reasons: 1.) We asked to have 3 cylinders and a mailbox lock replaced and the difference between what we were quoted and what we were charged was approximately 3x the amount; 2.) Two days after the mailbox lock was replaced, we noticed that the lock did not function properly, which exposed our mail to potential theft (see picture). Despite 5-6 attempts to reach the company and Adam (the technician), to resolve the issue, we never received a call back from the company; 3.) The customer service is concerning as this company appears to use a messaging service where no managers appear to be available. EVER. Despite being told multiple times that our situation would be “escalated,” nothing ever came of it, which demonstrates that this company does NOT stand behind their work, their employees, or their customers. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and do not give your business to SD Locksmith.
