Dr. Nguyen and his team were excellent! This was my first time visiting this office and I felt like every staff member and the doctor were really kind, compassionate and helpful. I felt really cared for because they took the time to and my questions and ensure I understood everything about my eye care. I never felt pressured to add on extra unnecessary services or anything, which made the experience even better. This is a great optometrist and I recommend them to everyone!
Incredible Customer Service from Stephanie, Dafneth, and Dr. Bruce. They have a good selection of frames that I was interested in and fast delivery time when ordering the frames in a different color. Also Stephanie pointed out that my insurance covered more than sufficient for ray ban sunglasses which was something that stood out to me that benefited me in choosing better frames. Furthermore, they made me feel welcomed since my arrival and helped me without delay as well as answering my questions. Also conversating with the doctor while getting my exam, as well with Stephanie and Dafneth after while looking for glasses was like talking to some old friends. Makes a difference for sure!
Hello,dear friends!I visited San Diego Vision Care many times. Every time I was very happy because doctor Bruce Nguyen and his team were very sweet,kind,professional helping us,patients. Attitude is always very important. I always felt like I know these people for a long time. But I have never been over there before. I have my special words to Hanna and Christal. Christal helped me to pick up an eye frame and all my friends,relatives and me like it very much. It matches me and makes my face more beautiful. Christal is like a designer. She knows what eye frames match our faces. So I will come back to this place. These people make us happy. What we need more!!!
Excellent service and experience. Dr. Marr and the staff were very welcoming, considerate, and informative. I had my eye exam and contact lenses fitted, and I ordered through them with ease! They have a list of accepted insurance on their website. I think communication could be slightly improved, in the sense that the staff forgot to share preparation details for upcoming appointments (like bringing old prescriptions, etc), but they happily provided necessary materials to prep for any scenario. I am very grateful for this team and look forward to coming back!
Everyone was so polite and thorough! This was my 1st time here my appt was at 1:30 and it was a seamless check in as i had did paperwork prior to coming in through the portal the staff was excellent they worked well together! So glad i chose This eye care facility for myself since returning home to San Diego
