They removed wine stains from a hand woven rug last year and it looks gorgeous. We just picked up a wool rug that we had them clean. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
We have 3 huge rugs that we send in twice a year. These guys do a wonderful job at competitive prices.
I needed a wool rug cut down and the edges hand finished, and Mr. Noori Ali and his son did an incredible job. The color match was so good that I couldn’t tell the difference between the edging on my original and the new rug. I thought the job would take a lot longer than it did as well. Job well done!
I can’t say enough good things about this business, and the owner, Mr. Noori, in particular. To start with, they did a fantastic job cleaning my hand knotted oriental rugs. Mr. Noori explained in detail, and showed me how they wash the rugs. He also readily shared his knowledge of Persian rugs with me, and advised me when I was buying one from someone else, as well as sold me a wonderful Persian at a great price. And, to top it all, the repair job they did on one of the rugs is amazing! Their prices are fair, their work is solid and timely, and they are nice people! Five stars!
I was so glad I found this place! I live in north county and had to drive pretty far but it was well worth it and I will definitely be going back. The customer service is great. They are so friendly and helpful. When I went to drop off my rug I had my little one sleeping in the car so I called the store and they were more than happy to come out, grab my rug, and bring back the paperwork for me to sign from my car. It was so quick and easy. I was also so impressed with the results of the cleaning. You can’t beat the quality for the price!
