He later followed up via phone call to advise on the relational side of things to navigate the purchase as well as recommend trusted experts in the area for other foundational work. He’s the best!
Recently had Joe help us with our home inspection. He was phenomenal! He explained everything and made sure he went over things that were out of his scope due to liability reasons (totally understandable). We really lucked out when our termite inspector recommended Joe to do a home inspection for the house we were about to buy. I was looking for someone who was thorough, professional and honest. Joe was all of these things AND a super nice guy. He took his time inspecting the entire home and then walked us through all of his findings and explained them in detail – this can be quite a lot of technical information for those who are unfamiliar with the many components involved in the construction and proper maintenance of a house, yet he was very good at explaining everything to us. After Joe’s consultation, we felt much more confident making the decision to buy our home. You can tell he loves what he does and is great to work with. We highly recommend Joe at SD Home Inspection!
I’ve used Joe and San Diego Home Inspection for numerous escrows now, including those on my own properties. As a realtor, you want to work with an inspector who is highly experienced and will go the extra mile to spot issues for your clients so they’re ultimately protected and aware of the home they’re getting into. Joe and his team are exactly that. His reports are very thorough and well done with lots of pictures and videos included. You can even set up your request for repairs through his presentation software. Many of the homes I’ve had Joe inspect are older with a raised foundation and he has crawled underneath every one of them to inspect, saving myself and clients thousands in the escrow process. Most inspectors will not do this!! Joe is the only inspector I choose to work with and I highly recommend him to my colleagues and others.
