Dave & San Diego Flooring Pros are world-class! We were living out-of-state when getting our floors done so I wanted to find a contractor to fully manage the project and send me regular updates along the way. San Diego Flooring Pros hit all the marks. Their work was awesome. They worked around the other contractor we had in the house. The installation, particularly the stairs, is insanely clean. No notes! Hire Dave and his crew asap.
Dave just completed our ground floor in Carmel Mountain Ranch and after just over a week of work it feels like we’re living in a new house. We scheduled months ahead because we have 2 little kids and knew we would rather be out of the house. Dave and his team were professional, communicative, knowledgeable and honest. Daniel and Alex worked from 8-6 every day and got it done in a little over a week. The previous floors we had were a mix of manufactured wood and hideous orange Spanish tile, we went with a gemcore LVP and the difference is stunning. Highly recommend Dave and his team for any flooring project!
San Diego Flooring Pros managed to prep and then install luxury vinyl plank flooring at four pre-school classrooms/buildings, all within the space of under two weeks. Time was of the essence, as all work had to be completed during the winter holiday break. Dave Bone and crew really came through and finished with a couple of days to spare. The materials and workmanship were of highest quality and everyone’s happy with the results. Highly recommended!
Dave and the entire crew were amazing! Excellent communication, customer service and very diligent. I had a leak and had to re-renovate my entire first floor. Dave had great referrals and a first class crew. 1700 square feet of engineered wood and replaced door casings. I couldn’t be happier!

Dave has decades of experience in the business and could guide us through the daunting process from selection of materials to completion of a complex job, including new flooring on two floors, baseboards, door casings, and interfacing with a stairs contractor. The finished product looks fantastic and nicely matches up with the existing floor tile and new stairs.
