I can’t say enough great things about Safe & Sound. Their proposals are straight forward and easy to understand. If you aren’t sure about something, they are more than happy to take the time to explain that item in detail. Someone is ALWAYS available to answer my phone calls and their team is also very responsive via email. The tech that installed our alarm system was on time, professional, and made sure to educate us on the new system. System has worked great ever since the install; no issues! Most importantly, we feel safe!
With all the recent break-ins around our company building, which is located in an industrial and commercial area, we realized we needed increased security ASAP. I filled out the contact form, and Tracy got back to me in a flash. We chatted about options and she was super informative; I appreciate their transparency and efficiency. Even though Safe and Sound Security could not help me with a project on the East Coast, they were very knowledgeable about their product and capabilities that would have been an asset to our community.

Safe and Sound Security expertly installed the alarm and camera security system at my building in DTLA. Eric (install/service) is knowledgeable about the systems, can troubleshoot any issue, and coordinated with my IT company. Whenever there is a service request the Safe and Sound Team are extremely helpful, responsive, and professional.
