Amazing!!
Fabulous customer service to begin: Sam responded to my inquiry, came over the next day for an estimate, emailed me the estimate immediately and we scheduled for install. He and his nephew Ryder arrived right as scheduled.
I put down new black and white vinyl laminate in my kitchen and it looks amazing. To boot, Sam and his nephew are polite, hard working, efficient and courteous.
I am so happy with the project, I would not hesitate to recommend for other flooring jobs.

I don’t know much about flooring but he helped me land answered my questions to find the best yet most affordable flooring and materials for my budget. The floors and walls were in very bad shape beforehand and he did such an excellent job!
Sam is flooring artist! He does high quality work, arrives when he says he will and goes above and beyond in his prep work to ensure the subsurface is ready as possible for the final floor. With one day’s notice, he showed up and spent the next 2 days knocking it out of the park. The next time I have a customer that wants flooring done I will call Sam!
Just had an entire vinyl room completely repaired by S Rodriguez Flooring Inc. completely satisfied. The price was more than fair and there was additional material needed work to be done and he was also fair with the extras. He worked neatly and professionally. Highly recommend his workmanship.
Very good at what he does. We needed a lot of things to get done, leveling floor upstairs and downstairs, putting the flooring in both places and he did these in two days.
