Absolutely great! They were communicative, came during their window, looked at the issue and diagnosed it within minutes. In my case we replaced the motor, which they squeezed me in the next day! They told me which motor would be good for my garage size, sent me the link to buy it myself since I was on a bit of a budget, and a day later. They came, installed, set it up, cleaned up their area, were great! Absolutely the best I could have asked for. Great price. Great service.

Called Rockstar on a Sunday late afternoon. They picked up right away and we were able to schedule an appointment for the following afternoon. They kept in contact through text and phone in the morning and asked for photos to ensure they had the right parts in stock. The rep, Hector, was on time, friendly, courteous and efficient. He quickly replaced the broken part and was able to add an exterior door keypad at my request. Their pricing is very fair. This is the second time I’ve used Rockstar and highly recommend them. Their name is accurate and it is so nice to find a great service company that you know you can call when something goes wrong with your garage door.
