Reliable Standard Heating & Air

Reliable Standard is the best heating and air conditioning company that I have used during my 46 years of owning a home. In my current home, the heater was blowing only cold air. I called Reliable and that same day the company sent a technician to the house who diagnosed the problems and then explained the options I faced to either repair the current unit or replace it. He did not pressure me but rather answered all of my questions. I decided to replace the 20 year old heater. And the company sent two technicians the next day to replace the heater. They finished the job that day. And the new heater is great. And the cost was very reasonable So why is Reliable the best? Because everyone was prompt, there was no pressure to upsell me, the three employees I dealt with were courteous and very knowledgeable, they cleaned up the worksite and the price was reasonable.

My air conditioner/furnace had stopped working. Reading the error code, it was a thermostat wire short circuit. I replaced the wires but still no luck. I called Reliable and spoke to Jonathan. He advised me that I should replace a fuse in the main board and success within 5 minutes! He could have easily scheduled an appointment and charged their minimum fee. Integrity matters! I will use Reliable from now on!

I purchased a full HVAC system from Reliable Standard back in 2018. This weekend, we had the biggest heat wave of the year and of course, my AC went down. I called and they sent someone out right away (free of charge). They got the system working perfectly and saved the day for my family. This is the kind of service you’re lucky to get 6 years after they’ve already made their money- honesty and integrity hard to come by these days!
