Traveled from out of town and wanted a premium steakhouse and Red Fox Room did not disappoint! Chris was an EXCELLENT waiter! The ambiance was top notch. I was very impressed that they had the piano bar on a weeknight. They even took requests. The serving sizes are quite generous and the cocktails were marvelous! If we ever come back to SD, we will definitely stop by!
Food (Steaks & Lobster) were fabulous. Cocktails were great. Server (Hannah) was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had the Ribeye, NY Cut and Top Sirloin. The steaks were grilled to perfection. Appetizers were very good. This is the quintessential old style steakhouse that does NOT disappoint. Parking right around the corner.
We got lucky and stumbled into this absolute gem . We are from Australia and this restaurant fulfilled all the Americana we could ever need. The piano bar lets you sing a song and I serenaded my wife after some amazing cocktails and Zinfandel 🙂. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough. Good food. Good atmosphere and nice staff
Visiting from Las Vegas found this little gem 💎 I ordered the petite rib eye steak 🥩 baked potato and side salad with Italian dressing. Of course can’t forget dessert cheese cake with raspberries and a glass of the Cabernet Ferrari 🍷 Hubby had the steak lobster 🦞 server was incredible I believe his name was chris the 3000! Guy 🤩 the piano 🎹 guy was amazing too!
It was everything great. The meat was cooked perfectly and the waitress was amazing. She brought each the food at the right time. The only part I dislike is that I couldn’t se with band playing from where I sat, but it wasn’t a big deal. So I’d come back for sure.
