Fernando did an incredible job resurfacing our pool and adding new coping. He is been completely responsive to all our needs since he finished our pool and has made several repairs over the years in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend him for any of your pool needs. He does what he says he’s gonna do!
Ramos Pools and Spa built our pool about 3 years ago. Not only we were so happy with the pool – he explained all the pros and cons of the features we wanted and excellent communications but also until this day, Fernando and his team, have been very helpful and responsive if any issues and questions we have regarding our pool equipment etc. We highly recommend them I believe the service after a contract is as important or even more important than the built itself. I have had contractors who disappear after they finish the job and I appreciate how Ramos Pools & spa been always there when we needed them!

Something else that truly sets them apart is their commitment to customer service. Even years after they finished our pool, I know I can pick up the phone and call because they stand by their work. In fact, just last week they came to fix a broken light we had in the spa, they were here within a few days of the phone call.

Fernando and his team were knowledgeable and amazing. He was very patient with our timeline and he met all of our terrain issues with confident solutions every step of the way. We are so in love with the work they did and all the details they put into the design, the finishing and the hardscape.
