Wonderful experience and I highly recommend!
Larry showed up same day for an earthquake retrofit consult. He checked my crawl space and carefully explained how the behavior of an earthquake relates to the protections I should have on my home. Larry was professional and personable.
I will definitely call if needed and will recommend to family and friends.
Once getting the all clear to start the project to stabilize the foundation of our home, David’s crew at Ram Jack was quick and efficient in their work. Our project was completed in two and a half weeks with over 20 stabilizing piles installed against the foundation. Larry, our rep who helped us get the project under contract, was communicative and quick to respond when we or the crew had questions. Cassaundra in accounting was also helpful and timely in helping us get the payments in. Overall a great team to work with! The concrete team covered up the spots in a few hours today and we are ready to move onto our next project!
Larry and team were very professional and efficient. They explained the process and the materials used to fix the cracks. After mentioning the need for fast scheduling due to remodeling timetables, Larry and team were able to move schedules around to make it happen. Their equipment was top notch. High powered vacuums were attached to the grinding and cutting equipment. We saw very little dust residue once everything was finished. They laid plastic down for the rest. It took 2 days total.
I had a crack in the footing of my house. Larry came out and put a repair plan together for me. Ray showed up that Saturday morning at 7am and worked hard till 1pm grinding down the crack, inserting pressurized epoxy with steel rods, then grinding it down to smooth out the wall. These guys are fantastic! I highly recommend Ram Jack Pacific. They are doers, professional and really care about the job and the customer.
I am so glad I found Ram Jack to diagnose and fix my slab crack. From initial call, to Larry coming out to evaluate the issue, to the manager who scheduled the work, to the guys (Jack being one of them) who came out to do the repair, the total experience was one of professionalism and care. On care: I have white couches and I noted that the repair guy was careful to not have his extension cord rub up again it. I don’t think he noticed me noticing that sort of consideration, but it was appreciated. Anyone needing Ram Jack’s services is not in a happy place (I can attest to my sorrow at having to demolition part of my bathroom with splitting grout lines along tiles). But, if you have a slab crack like I did, you can’t be in better hands. And their pricing is very fair.
