They did an excellent job installing our garage door 10+ years ago, and then in repairing the worn-out springs recently. Prompt service and reasonable cost.
After a last minute problem with the door yesterday, I was worried about getting my partner’s wheelchair into the van to go to the hospital for a surgical procedure today. I called late yesterday afternoon, and Radford was able to send a technician early this morning.. He was here promptly, immediately diagnosed the problem, had the necessary parts in his truck to fix it, and was finished and gone by 9 am! Fantastic customer service by a first class company. We’ll easily be on time at the hospital thanks to the Radford team!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Justin was an absolute angel. He came out multiple times and gave me peace of mind that our project would work when I was not confident. The communication, efficiency, punctuality, and phenomenal work by Radford is deserving of their amazing reviews. I will definitely be a return customer when I’m ready for my garage door.
