I really appreciate the service provided by tech and his partner. They respected my house by wearing show covers every time they came in and out my house without us even asking. They showed how the ducts have never been cleaned from my previous owners and they even taught me a little about the circulation of our units. I would highly recommend their service once again.
Tech was quick in service, polite and careful moving quipment around our rooms. We appreciated the pictures of before and after ducts cleaned. In all, a satisfying experience.
Excellent service. tech arrived on time, and took care to protect our floors when bringing cleaning equipment into the house. He was meticulous, and explained every step of the process. He took before and after photos to show me what had been done. He also offered numerous general maintenance recommendations (dryer, HVAC filters) which demonstrated his attention to detail as he worked.
I’m very pleased with the service that techs provided this morning. I can’t say thank you enough. They are very efficient, thorough and professional. Thumps up to both!
