From start to finish, my experience with Precision Mold testing was awesome. Their service is not cheap, but as other reviewers have mentioned, you will not find a more thorough and capable inspection service. Both Ken and Kate were very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information to understand what services would be beneficial and which we didn’t need. We really felt like they had our best interest in mind. If you are someone that likes stats and information, you will not be disappointed with their report! Ultimately, we had no mold present which was great news, but Kate also pointed out several other maintenance and cleaning issues that will end up saving us a lot of money and headache down the road. If you are looking for mold testing or just a very thorough home inspection, look no further. They are great and will give you peace of mind!!
Precision Mold provided fantastic service from beginning to end. Their team responded to every call and text almost immediately. Obviously dealing with mold is super stressful. Ken walked me through every step, educated me on mold, provided me with a thorough report that provided me with next steps and recommendations. Adrian came to my home and also was very respectful, knowledgeable and efficient at his job. I would only recommend this company!

Regular inspection had not picked up the mold issue since the sellers had just painted the inside and outside of the house.
