We have a pool that we can’t use. The job has been sitting there unfinished for 3 weeks. We had an appointment, the guys came and left quickly, said they don’t have the right equipment. A few days pass by, I had to contact someone to get another appointment. We get a phone call the day before our appointment letting us know that the brackets are on back order and they have to cancel the appointment.
This is completely unprofessional and terrible communication.
We have a few projects we are doing and I’m not sure we will be using or recommending pool safe.
I’ve had my cover for 3 years now and just had my first preventive maintenance check. I clean my vault twice a year and tighten bolts when it starts making different noises. I only clean it with water and a scrub brush to keep it looking good. So far zero issues and would give it a 10 out 10.
I was very impressed with Mr. Laz. He explained what happened and the process of fixing it. Mr. Laz offered great preventative measures to take to prevent future issues with our pool cover. Very professional and thorough.
