I arrived on time at 5pm. Unfortunately, it was the wrong location. I asked if they could see me. He disappeared for 8-10mins and came back to tell me no. Urgent Care? Not so urgent to them. NEVER GOING BACK to Perlman after 3 1/2 years. It has always been HIT OR MISS. You never know what you’re gonna get. They care about apps, digital records, but not the sick person. Their phones are automated robots, not people that can help you. Check out my pictures of the empty waiting room. No phones ringing. No people in line. But A BIG FAT “NO” to me.
Switched to a Perlman Clinic provider as my PCP after years with one of the big name So-Cal medical groups that no longer contracts with my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Perlman Clinic is a very professional and clean clinic with caring providers and staff, who are also incredibly responsive! (They even text!) There are lots of convenient locations and so far I’ve been able to get same day or next day appointments each time I’ve had a health concern, which is AMAZING!!! 🤩 I can’t recommend Perlman Clinic enough!!

So far I think they are basically the best kept secret in San Diego Healthcare! 🤫 Please stay awesome. 💯
I was concerned about my extended illness with A rhinovirus. Staff was very professional and personable at the same time. Dr. Herr Was also top-notch and explained clearly the phases of a cold and how to deal with it. I left feeling better than I did when I came in.💪
I have had the best experience with Perlman Clinic. They have a wide variety of doctors and specialties making it very convenient to make appointments. They never have long wait times. Everyone I have seen has always been very nice and makes me feel comfortable and informed. They go above and beyond to make sure I am getting all of the care I need. I have never been so happy with a doctors office!
In for an annual medicare checkup -They did a great job. Were very attentive to my concerns. We reviewed my concerns, did some testing, and developed workable plans and solutions. Great team of professionals. Dr. Herr and assistant Ashley. Thank you both.
