We had a great experience working with Guillermo and his team on replacing the old carpet with wood flooring before we moved into our new house. Guillermo was highly professional and experienced in his job. He would arrive early every morning and completed the work sooner than expected. Take a look at the pictures; our floors still look perfect even after 2 years. We couldn’t be happier!
Perfection! I HIGHLY recommend working with Perfect Wood Floors. Thank you Guillermo & Oscar and crew. I was referred to Guillermo (Perfect Wood Floors) by my realtor/interior designer who works exclusively with Guillermo on all her home remodels with her other clients. I could not be happier with how my floors and base boards look. Guillermo removed the carpeting and tiles around fireplace, poured 17 bags of cement to ensure the floor was level, installed the floors and baseboards, and left the floors (& house) clean after completion. Guillermo also was able to come one week earlier than planned – this was so helpful to us as we were moving into our new home and timing was perfection. Thanks Perfect Wood Floors – I hope others realize that your guys are the BEST and we so appreciate you making our home so pretty. The neighbors are popping in and everyone wants my floors – I’ll definitely recommend you when they are ready to make the move. See before, during and after pics! LOVE THEM.
Had a wonderful experience with Perfect Wood Floors. Guillermo quickly came out to my place, measured & gave me a quote perfect for my budget. I was not up sold on anything, he was straight up about the materials needed & prices. He recommended a few places with a really nice selection of engineered & solid hardwood. I ended up going with a 1/2 in. engineered natural hickory. Guillermo & his son finished the job a lot faster than expected which was a huge help since i was trying to get the floors done before i moved in. I was blown away when i walked in. These pics really do not do the floor justice. Thank you again Guillermo & team, you did an amazing job!
Perfect!!!! Great job done by this team. I had two bedrooms where I replaced carpet with wood flooring…. This was the easy part.
The not so easy part was trying to patch a part of our main living area which for some reason had a floor tile to the existing wood floor in the rest if the house. I spoke to multiple installers without luck and then came perfect wood floors. Guillermo took one look at the floor, correctly identified what it was. He told me where to go get the material and viola…. It was all complete in a weeks time and we could not be more happier.

Guillermo is very genuine and honest. It’s as if he cared more about saving my hardwood floors than I did. He came through with some great advice for these 100 year old floors.
