Peak Builders did a great job on our roof. They were able to also take down and replace the water and electric solar panels so everything was well coordinated. They worked fast and efficiently. They also communicated well every step of the process. The price was fair for the quality of service. I would use Peak Builders for future projects because they value quality work and open communication.

Enrique was very patient in waiting for us to get HOA approval, answering multiple questions from multiple people, and once we did get approval, the team was ready to start their work immediately. I really appreciated that they took time to explain what they were doing and ensured the fix was of high-quality, even ensuring that the new fix matched with our current external paint color. The team worked efficiently while ensuring everything was done to perfection. I was experiencing leaking and my concrete tile roof was due for a lift and reset. Enrique provided great detail and communication all throughout the duration of the project, start to finish. His team was able to start sooner than expected, but took a couple days longer than originally estimated. No issues with the duration. It truly shows that the team took care in doing a good job. They even cleaned up after themselves each day.
Peak roofers did superb job on my roof. My roof is very steep and has curved eaves. The roofers were extremely skilled and my interactions with them were very professional. Ryan, the project manager, responded quickly when I had questions during the installation process. The installation was completed with very high standards. My roof looks amazing.!!
Really amazing experience!! Eli is awesome! We wanted to install rain gutters for our house so we contacted them for quotes. Eli came and took measurements, provided all the information, and patiently answered my questions. Afterwards he provided us a very competitive estimate. What I also appreciated was that in their estimate they shared their license and insurance information, which you don’t see many companies be so transparent about.
Once we signed the contract they scheduled us for the following week, very accommodating to our timeline.
On the day of install, Luis and his team showed up on time, they were very professional and nice. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and they installed the gutters in the color that we wanted.
After the team left, I discovered a minor issue, but they were quick to respond to my question and put me on the schedule to correct the issue.
Overall very happy with my experience with them. I will definitely work with them again for any future projects. I highly recommend them
