Big shout out to Payan Pool Service, the owner Javier Payan and his team. Payan Pool Service is an awesome company. They just completed our pool/spa project. They were professional, trustworthy, easy to work with and excellent communicators. Their price was very competitive and included items in their basic pool cost that were “additional” with other companies. They also taught us how to use the pool control panel correctly. We high recommend them as a pool company!
If you are having any pool equipment issues and spoke to anyone other than Payan pools, that was your first mistake. Payan pools has phenomenal, top notch customer service from the front office to their technicians. They have done a lot of work for me in the past and are very responsive, communicative, informative, and overall very helpful.
My pool filter of over 15 years finally had it’s last stand. They came out and replaced the pool heater and the pool filter and walked me through the maintenance, how to use, and thoroughly answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). Mike and Rene were the installers and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had just as good as an experience with the front office folks working out the logistics. They were able to work around MY schedule which is very rare these days. Kris and Tiffany were amazing and very helpful. They don’t miss anything. Payan pools is the only company I would call for any pool related issues. Top notch service and customer support.
Payan Pools installed new pool lights for me and did a great job. There was some problems with the house electrical and they were patient with me while I got it worked out. I really appreciate the level of service I got from Kris in the office , Nick out in the field and Javier checked in too to make sure I was being taken care of.

They were the slowest in responding to my request for a quote on a new pool heater. After getting back to them to ask for the quote again, it finally came in. Their price was the highest of the four pool companies I contacted. And, surprisingly, their price was for the same heater and installation.
