As director of sales at a local cabinet company, our customers need fast reliable service. Pacifica glass always comes through and has bailed us out of many binds over the years. Overall great service, great team and good pricing.

We ordered custom glass here for some doors. We made templates and the glass came back larger than the templates, even though we told them it couldn’t be larger because that is the actual size of the opening. So the owner sent the glass and templates back to her manufacturer to have remade.

When we went to pick up the new glass it was clearly bigger than our templates AGAIN. Obviously they didn’t even check to make sure it was correct before calling us to pick it up. To top it off, she refused to send it back again, stating that she knows they won’t redo them for her again. She said it was too hard to do off of carboard templates anyway and we should have made wood templates instead. Well she never said that when we brought in the templates in the first place! She also told my husband how their manufacturer has gone down hill, well then find another one!

We own a fabrication shop and these templates were done meticulously. We make high quality products from cardboard templates all the time. We told her we either needed to have the glass done correctly or get our money back and she got very rude and refused BOTH! What?!!

I, as a business owner for over 25 years, know that we all make mistakes. There have been times when we have made something incorrectly, but we will keep doing it until it’s right, and if we can’t, of course we are going to give them therir money back. We would never just keep someones money and say “too bad”. That’s the same thing as stealing!
