As always Pacific Sun did an Awesome job on my Pool/Spa/Ramada project. All promises made where kept. A special shout out goes to Ken who kept all things running smoothly and heard me out on all my concerns. KEN IS ONE HELL OF DUDE and nobody in this business comes close to his services and professionalism and overall good cheer!!!.
Another shout out goes to RC. RC was awesome from the start of the project to the end and he was always willing to help out even after working hrs via text. RC’s knowledge of pool building and all the new technology is very impressive!
Another shout out goes to Mike the Landscaping and Ramada Supervisor and his your Lead Ismael. Both of these gentleman where always willing to go that extra mile and help out and offer advise.
I’m am very satisfied with the whole Pacific Sun and Spa company including the owner Rob. This is my second project with them and I would highly recommend anybody and everybody looking for a pool company that does more then just build pools, to go with Pacific Pool and Sun. Nobody does the full project including Pool, Spa, Ramada and landscaping as well as Pacific Pool and Sun does!

I can’t say enough about how incredible my experience was with Rob Ault’s team. From the amazing people in the office to Mike to RC to Ken to the wonderful contractors they employ. Even the team they used for plastering and acid wash were amazing (I’m looking at you Javier).
From start to finish, they turned my backyard into a mid century modern oasis. The team was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about bringing the vision to life.
The design process was smooth, with great attention to detail. The employ 3D CAD modeling so you can see what the finish product will look like. They really listened to my ideas and brought their extensive experience to fine-tune everything, making sure the final result was exactly what I wanted. The quality of materials used for the pool construction was top-notch..
What really impressed me was their communication. They kept me updated throughout every stage, and there were no surprises, meaning all changes were managed in advance and embedded into the milestone payment plan. Any questions I had were answered promptly, be it by a phone call, in person or by text. The team always made sure I was happy with how things were progressing. Everyone of them was fun to be around.
The pool itself is stunning – it’s the perfect addition to our backyard, and we’ve been enjoying it every day since it was completed. Mike and RC are the nicest CMs/supers I’ve ever worked with. The landscaping they did around it is equally gorgeous, adding that perfect finishing touch. Thank you Ken.

Very unsafe company employee. Speeding, tailgating and cutting off other drivers. I wouldn’t trust a company that operates with such a lack of regard for everyone else.
